Of course, the leaves of the mustard is edible and make delicious cooked greens or can be used raw in a salad - but did you know these make great LANDSCAPE plants as well?

I use these wonderful plants as flowering plants in my flower beds for winter color. In colder climates, they grow great in the fall and early spring in warmer climates, these bloom all winter! They get 3-4 feet tall with many lovely yellow flower spikes on every plant! Will stand a frost (actually makes the greens sweeter!) and even a light freeze. Perfect in a southern garden to add interest to your winter garden (not to mention a traditional vegatable for your table) or in the north for the fall and spring!
