Pure White Nina Lane* Angel's Trumpet, 2 unrooted cuttings.(*Note: my plant was grown from open pollinated seeds, so technically, it is not the HYBRID 'Nina Lane', even though it blooms like a Nina Lane, so, if you are a serious collector who needs THE exact hybrid, this is not it).

UnRooted Cuttings: Unrooted Cuttings of this plant are 12 - 15 long and will be shipped via Priority Mail. These root easily in soil and full planting instructions will be included. If purchased in the Fall, they would need to be overwintered indoors and could be set out in the spring if desired. You will receive 2 unrooted cuttings per order.

Item Description:

Pure White Nina Lane* Angel's Trumpet, 2 unrooted cuttings PLUS planting instructions.

This perennial is know as the Angel's Trumpet because of it's huge (8-10 long) trumpet shaped flowers that hang down from the heavens and put out a wonderful fragrance, especially in the evening. These bloom in profusion and repeatedly through the summer to first frost. This variety (Nina Lane) has pure white flowers that are EXTREMELY FRAGRANT!

These are hardy in zones 8-10 (some sources say hardy to zone 7b) and container grown in colder climates. They thrive in moist, fertile, well drained soil in full sun or part shade. They are very easy to grow and grow super fast - every gardeners dream! The bush can grow 10'- 12" tall I started mine from seed (thanks to Larry Smith for my first Brugmansia seeds!) and they were well over 6" tall by the end of their first growing season!

I suggest starting these in pots and setting out in the garden after last frost they also make a wonderful container plant on patios or decks. These are easy to propagate from seeds and cuttings.

The plants/seeds/blooms are poisonous.

Just one more note:

PLEASE don't be confused by people that refer to 'Devil's Trumpets" as 'Angel's Trumpets" - they are NOT the same. To remember the difference, Angel's Trumpets (Brugmansia) grow on more of a tree and the flowers hang down from the Angel's Devil's Trumpets (Datura) grow on more of a bush and their trumpets face upward from the Devil. I LOVE both of these plants, but they are NOT the same thing!
