Free Shipping. 5+ Seeds. Bladderpod (or Bagpod) is an orange flowering bean tree that grows as an annual and reaches 7' - 8' tall. These grow equally well in damp and fairly dry soils and bloom in the fall with delicate, almost orchid-like, orange flowers which cover the trees with color. After the blooms, come the 'bladderpods' - the puffy seed pods which contain 1 or 2 bean type seeds. These like full sun but can grow in part shade; a nice plant for a woodland setting or back of a border.
